Turnaround begins when we receive design approval if we are the designers of your job. It is also calculated from the time you place your order if you supply your design to us in print ready digital format (see artwork guidelines). Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays do not count when calculating turnaround. Ros Printers (Killarney) Ltd. assumes no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Our expected delivery date is not guaranteed. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc. Standard turnaround time is 3-10 business days depending on product ordered. Turnaround time is the estimated dispatch time from our offices and does not include delivery time.
